King Benedict is a highly accomplished professional specializing in the intersection of Learning & Development and Change Management, bringing over two decades of experience driving transformations across complex organizations. His expertise spans diverse sectors, including mass transit, gas utilities, global container shipping, and higher education.
King has extensive experience facilitating critical organizational change projects such as ERP migrations, merger integration, cultural transformation, and innovation campaigns. His global exposure is significant; he has designed and conducted training and organizational development initiatives for employees and managers across Asia, North America, and Europe.
He has a proven ability to drive change from a foundation of talent and cultural development, evidenced by his certifications as a Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Prosci Practitioner, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
As a recognized authority in the profession, King has served as a judge for global talent development awards, including the Association for Talent Development (ATD) Excellence in Practice Awards and BEST Awards, and the Brandon Hall Excellence Awards. He also contributed to the future of the discipline by serving on the Association for Change Management Professional Standard Evolution Beta Testers Task Force (2024-25) and as a speaker and pre-conference workshop trainer at the Change Management Global Connect Conference (2023).
King wrote a business novel "Giga Manager" (2006) initiating a middle management competency model, and was a columnist writing articles on business and change on press.
